FIFTEEN-year-old Ahmad Firdaus Ahmad Fuad was all smiles when he received two sets of school uniforms from AmBank Group.
The SMK Air Itam student was among 50 youths from five schools in Penang who received the uniforms, shoes and socks from the group’s sports club, Kelab AmBank Group (KAG).
KAG president Abdul Aziz Mohd Isa said they presented the school items to students from SJK(C) Phor Tay, SMK Air Itam, SKJ(T) Subramaniam Barathee, SK Hutchings and SMK Saint Xavier.
“We hope our contribution will make them study hard, enjoy attending school and making new friends.
“Attending school is something every child should look forward to without any financial constraints,” he said after the presentation ceremony in SMK Air Itam recently.
