Cara Pengiraan BMR Lelaki :
66 + ( 6.3 X weight in pounds ) + ( 12.9 X height in inces ) – ( 6.8 X age in years )
Weight ( pounds ) = ____ kg X 2.2
Height ( inch ) = ____cm ÷ 2.5
