Ceramah Cara Pengiraan BMR





Cik Angeline Ong dari Kolej PTPL menerangkan kepada ahli-ahli Kelab Pembimbing Rakan Sebaya tentang cara pengiraan BMI & BMR.

Cara mengira BMI = Weight ( kg )

Height ( m ) X Height ( m )

Cara Pengiraan BMR Perempuan :

655 + ( 4.3 X weight in pounds ) + ( 4.7 X height in inches ) – ( 4.7 X age in years )

Cara Pengiraan BMR Lelaki :

66 + ( 6.3 X weight in pounds ) + ( 12.9 X height in inces ) – ( 6.8 X age in years )

Weight ( pounds ) = ____ kg X 2.2

Height ( inch ) = ____cm ÷ 2.5

Beliau juga memberitahu pelajar tentang kalori

Dairy Calories Needs

Sedentary - BMR X 20 %

Lightly Active - BMR X 30 %

Moderately Active - BMR X 40 %

Very Active - BMR X 50 %

Extra Active - BMR X 60 %

Dairy Calories Need = BMR+ kalori
