We ordered the fresh salmon yee sang.
With salmon , together with the other ingredients like pickles, and crackers and other fresh vegetables. The yee sang was topped with honey sweet and sour sauce.

“Lou ah......Lou......Lou.......” When you“lou”, tossing the food as high up as you could, shout out :"Huat Ah! Huat Ah!Huat........" which mean "Prosper and Prospering........"
